Plum's cheerleaders will compete at Nationals in Florida. Coach Sandy Ruggieri knows they'll be ready.

"Whether on a track, court, or spring floor, these girls constantly work hard to push to be the best that they can be," she explains.

"Cheerleading constantly evolves to see what the next level can be. They work hard to be able to do the things that they can do. Not many people can lift someone their own age and size six feet into the air, or are able to toss themselves into the air to do a flip/twist, or other aerial move and still land with the precision they do. They're so very talented."
