Gloria's Kitchen Gourmet Bay Salmon with Bourbon Marinade
I love salmon for a meal. So when Giant Eagle had salmon on sale I decided I would fix a dish that used salmon. I found this particular salmon in the fish case and decided to try it. It was one of the best salmon dishes I have ever fixed. My husband even liked it and he is not crazy about salmon. I hop you enjoy it also.

Healthy Eating Zippy Eggplant Pasta
Ever get tired of the same old pasta dish? Spaghetti and meatballs? I love pasta and am open to many variations. I could even eat pasta many days a week without getting tired of it. A key thing to lightening up a dish like this is avoiding high fat cheeses and oils or reducing them to a lighter level. One thing to make light this dish a little lighter is to use water or chicken broth in place of the oil for sautéing. Try this different past dish and enjoy.
